Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Cut-to-size fabrics may require additional handling time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
To avoid delays or lost packages, please ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete.
Lost / Stolen Packages
If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please notify us as soon as possible.
You may also contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
Refunds & Returns Policy
No Returns on Cut-to-Size Fabric
All cut-to-size or custom-cut fabric orders are FINAL SALE.
These items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances unless damaged upon delivery.
Damaged Fabric
We thoroughly inspect all fabric before shipping, but we may occasionally miss an issue.
If you receive damaged fabric:
After 7 days, we cannot offer any refund, exchange, or compensation.
Refunds for Change of Mind (Non-Damaged, Non-Cut Fabric Only)
If you change your mind about your purchase (excluding damaged items or cut-to-size materials), you may return it under the following conditions:

A 20% restocking fee applies.

Fabric must be returned in its original, unused, uncut condition.

Once we receive and inspect the fabric, we will issue a refund if there is no damage.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
